You have reached the personal archive of works and art by Dan Fervin, a young graphic and sound designer residing in beautiful Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This is his temporary portfolio and these are his most recent works.
Dan is 24 and over the past five years has been working with illustration, web, design, and music. He's been interested in art and experimentalism since an early age, which led him to study Graphic Design later on. He's worked for several design agencies and clients and as of march 2008 he's working on his own home office and music studio, since it's been a while Dan has also composed soundtracks to animations, ads, and even a Brazilian short movie. He's open for freelance jobs, so if you like his work feel free to contact him.

[ 2008.09.19 | 11:04 am ] It's been ages since I last updated here, so let's go straight to what's new: 1) two new illustrations I've done will be published in the No Name Magazine RELOAD series and they were presented in an exhibit in Milano, Italy with other 32 featured artists from around the world in July; 2) Ideafixa will release a two years celebration book containing some of the finest work publsihed so far in the magazine and an illustration of mine will be featured; 3) I have been involved in many projects lately and since March I've been working in my home studio freelancing full-time and dedicating myself to a personal music project, please meet INFRAVEND. Enjoy the updates!

[ 2007.04.10 | 12:33 pm ] So, Utopia:13 is no longer the name of my online space. I'm in the middle of designing a totally new face for my portfolio so I just put up this temporary home I'll be using for a while with my most recent works, including jobs executed at SIACOM, freelance works and Typefaces I have recently created. Also, I'd like to thank The International Illustrated duo for inviting me in this latest edition of the project! :D Hope you enjoy the new updates!

A t-shirt art I designed for everybody at Siacom wear during the broadcast of Brazil games in the 2006 World Cup.

I specially designed this illustration about the false/attractive for the 8th edition of online experimental design & art magazine Maguila.

Client: Claro / Atchik Realtime (2006) | executed at Siacom
Two series of illustrations created for the download gallery at the site of widely known Brazilian mobile company Claro, one related to Mother's Day and the other to Valentine's Day celebrations. The deadline was within two days.
